The Email Contact Coaching (ECC) service provides parents with personalized coaching via structured content delivered by email. Parents would share their concerns through the online forms, and in turn receive the packaged reply by email on the date reserved. The structured content aims to provide parents with new insights, perspectives, as well as the opportunity to set concrete goals and plot a course of action to achieve them. Parents would be provided the strategies needed to put the plan into action and tools to track the progress of their child. Follow-up consultations would require prior updates from parents (see 2b). This feedback is necessary for fine-tuning of the customized goals and strategies by the Parent Coach.
ECC Service Flow
1. Book Consultation: ECC consultations are booked online to prevent case overload. Check for availability under Services. Select the earliest date to receive your ECC reply and content.
2a. Assess: New parents to the service would have to fill out the Intake Assessment form on the website after booking is made for the first consultation. This step is compulsory for a proper assessment.
2b. Update: Parents returning for the follow-up consultations are required to submit their updates through the Follow-up Consultation form immediately after booking.
3. Structured Content: Parents will be emailed all relevant documents & necessary tools for follow-up action with their children. This content will be sent out no later* than the ECC date booked.
4. Action & Tracking: Instructions within the emailed content will guide parents in carrying out the proposed action points and maintain a tracking record of the issue concerned.
✈ Good to go: The consultation cycle would end when parents are satisfied with the progress made and/or when they feel confident enough to address their concerns with the newly acquired concepts and strategies.
*A delayed submission of the assessment or update form may result in a delayed reply of the structured content.
**All case related communication is to be kept strictly within form submissions (from parents) & packaged content (from coach).
